e. Handle customer enquiries and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements: : • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin

• Willing to work on rotation shift/ weekend/ Public Holiday/ OT and off one day per week
